I was born in 1975 and since 1986 I've lived mainly in Berlin (with long breaks, e.g. in Belgium and Portugal).

In 2000 I had my first child.

In 2002 I began my in-depth study of the human body by taking a course in alternative and complementary health care at a school in Berlin.

The course allowed me to widen my knowledge and skills in herbal medicine and massage techniques.

In 2004 I had my second child

and in 2005 received my certification by a public health officer on the practice of alternative medicine.

This was followed by walk-in clinic experience, further training in ear acupuncture and spinal massage,

extensive massage experience and

in 2009 by the birth of my third child.

Between 2011 and 2017 I've been continuing my studies at the Institute of Applied Osteopathy, Berlin.

So I treat as an Osteopath by now.

From 2007 to 2020, I worked and massaged in the swimmingpool at Spreewaldplatz with the Sternmassagen - Frauenteam.

Also I worked at various naturopathic practices and have been involved in free public health counselling.

Since 2018 I take part at the Medibuero https://medibuero.de, free treatment for refugees.
