Ulrike Saxl
Alternative practitioner since 2005
In my studies and subsequent training I have learned a variety of massage techniques.
In treating patients, I use the following elements, as appropriate:
classical massage, Shiatsu, foot reflexology, spinal massage (Breuss method), spine and joint therapy (Dorn method).
In September 2011, I began a five-year course in osteopathy. What I learn on the course is immediately adopted in my work.
Where necessary, I supplement treatment with herbal remedies, Schuessler salts and Bach flowers.
I also employ alternative healing practices such as cupping and Baunscheidtism.
With a number of disorders (e.g. Crohn's disease) I've had good experiences with ear acupuncture, which can be effective in combating pain (e.g. toothache, headache, backache) and aiding recovery from addiction.
